You want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your 2" receiver to the end of your tire. If it's more than 10-1/2" then you cannot use the the Road Runner HR400. I have a solution for you, but you can't use the Hollywood Racks Destination # HR4000 to carry heavy e-bikes in the manner you're seeking because of the way weight is distributed. Instead you can use the Hollywood Racks SportRider SE # HLY84FR which is designed to carry e-bikes up to 80-lbs and with tires up to 5 inches wide. The SportRider SE is also rated for use on the back of an RV and comes with a locking hitch pin and locks to secure the bikes during travel.
